Delete your SnapCardValue account

You can delete your account and data at any time. It is free and takes a few seconds.

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the SnapCardValue app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: ask us by email

If you can't open the app, email info@snapcardvalue.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my SnapCardValue account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your saved collection and scan history.
• Your plan status and any device notification tokens.

What we keep

We keep only limited records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase records for tax purposes. Card photos are not stored after the card is identified.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, otherwise the store keeps billing you.
